LeadershipThe Oregon Center for Nursing (OCN) is committed to providing the leadership to solve the nursing shortage in Oregon. Providing leadership development opportunities for nurses throughout Oregon continues to be one of our key strategic goals. Since 2006, OCN has offered yearly and quarterly leadership and networking events designed to provide nurses and nurse managers with the opportunity to build their leadership and management skills, learn from one another and discuss current issues facing the nursing profession.
