2026 Oregon Nursing Workforce Conference

Oregon’s nursing workforce continues to face challenges related to recruitment, retention, well-being, and workplace culture. The 2026 Oregon Nursing Workforce Conference will bring together nurses, educators, students, healthcare leaders, and workforce partners from across the state to explore practical solutions and learn from one another.

This full-day conference will feature keynote presentations, facilitated discussions, and networking opportunities designed to foster collaboration, share practical solutions, and support the future of the profession.

Featured Keynote Speaker

We are thrilled to welcome Renee Thompson, DNP, RN, FAONL, FAAN, CSP of the Healthy Workforce Institute as our keynote speaker.

Renee will open the conference with an energizing session focused on cultivating healthy workplace culture and will return to close the day with an interactive Q&A discussion centered on leadership, resilience, and professional well-being.
