Behind every confident new nurse is someone who took the time to teach, guide, encourage, and model what good nursing looks like in real life.

The Oregon Center for Nursing is recognizing outstanding preceptors who help nursing students feel prepared, supported, and connected to the profession. We invite organizations, schools, and practice settings to nominate preceptors who have made a meaningful impact through their teaching, mentorship, and example.

Honorees may be featured on the OCN website, in event slides, printed materials, and other recognition materials.
